Please review our refund policy below, which applies to all purchases made through our
platform.
1. Annual Membership ($999)
● Customers may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
● A $75 processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
● Refund amount: $924
● Refund requests made after 7 days will not be honored. However, in exceptional
circumstances, a pro-rated refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our
sole discretion.
2. Partner Kit ($149)
● Customers may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
● A $30 processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
● Refund amount: $119
● No refunds will be issued beyond 7 days from the purchase date.
3. Monthly Subscriptions ($20, $50, and $100 Tiers)
● No refunds will be issued for monthly subscriptions at these tiers.
● Customers may cancel future billing at any time.
4. Ambassador Memberships
● Ambassadors may request a refund within 7 days of the invoice date.
● If the request is made within this period, a full refund will be issued.
● No refunds will be processed after the 7-day window has passed.
To request a refund, please contact our support team with your order details and reason for the
request. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
of approval.
