At PassPass, we are committed to being clear and transparent about our purchase and subscription policies. Please review the refund policy below, which applies to purchases made through our platform.

1. Subscription Memberships -

PassPass offers subscription memberships on both a monthly and annual basis.

Monthly subscription tiers may include, but are not limited to:

  • $5, $10, $20, $50, $100 monthly tiers

Annual subscription tiers may include, but are not limited to:

  • Pro Annual Membership — $39.99/year, coming soon

  • Silver Annual Membership — $100/year

  • Gold Annual Membership — $200/year

  • Diamond Annual Membership — $999/year

2. No Refunds on Subscription Memberships -

All subscription membership purchases are final and non-refundable. This applies to both monthly and annual subscription memberships, including renewals.

PassPass does not issue refunds, credits, or prorated refunds for subscription membership purchases once completed.

Members may cancel their subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Canceling a subscription does not create a right to a refund for the current billing period.

3. How to Request a Refund -

To request a refund for an eligible purchase, please contact the PassPass support team with your order details and reason for the request.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
