PassPass Ambassador Payout Instructions

Steps to submitting all the necessary information needed to collect a payment from PassPass

Welcome to the PassPass Ambassador Program! Follow these simple steps to set up your tax and banking information, ensuring your payouts are processed smoothly and on time.

Payouts are issued once per month and will be automatically deposited once your details are submitted. You can check your estimated payout balance in the profile section of the PassPass app or on your Ambassador Portal dashboard.


Step 1: Submit Your W-9 Tax Form

To comply with tax regulations, PassPass requires a completed W-9 form before issuing payments. (Canadian Ambassadors will need to submit a W8-BEN form via email. Contact PassPass support for instructions)

How to Submit Your W-9:

  1. Log in using your PassPass credentials.

  2. On desktop, find Tax Forms in the left-hand column. On mobile, tap the menu icon (☰) in the upper-left corner.

  3. Click "Fulfill Now"—a new window will appear on the right.

  4. Enter your tax classification, Social Security Number (SSN) or Employer Identification Number (EIN), address and signature.

  5. Submit the form.


Step 2: Connect Your Bank Account via Stripe

Payments are processed through Stripe, a secure payment platform.

How to Set Up Payments:

  1. In the Ambassador Portal, navigate to the Payments section.

  2. Click "Connect Payment"—you’ll be redirected to Stripe.

  3. Enter your banking details (account and routing number).

  4. When prompted to add a website or product description, you can:

    • Link to a social media profile (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), or

    • Use the following description:

    "PassPass is a platform that offers daily prize giveaways, global travel and retail discounts, and income opportunities through its Ambassador Program. At its core, PassPass's mission is to 'Keep People Winning' while providing members access to benefits like discounted hotels, retailers, and restaurants, plus the chance to earn residual income by sharing the platform with others."

  5. Once submitted, you’ll return to the Ambassador Portal and see an updated "Payments" section.

    • Note: If your "Payments" doesn’t update immediately, refresh your browser.


You’re All Set!

Your payouts will now be processed automatically each month.
