Accessing the Partner Portal
If you’ve never logged in before and a PassPass representative signed up your business, simply:
Click the partner portal link (provided above).
Use the password reset feature to gain access.
A link to reset your password will be emailed to you.
1. Dashboard
The Dashboard is your main hub which displays business analytics.

If you have more than one business or would like to add an additional business to your account you can use the dropdown menu at the top.
Note: If no members have signed up at your location yet, your dashboard will remain empty.
2. My Business
This section allows you to:
Edit business details (name, contact info, etc.).
Manage multiple locations (each has its own settings).
Access a unique QR code & web link for customer sign-ups.
Why is the QR code important?
Customers who scan it or visit the link will sign up under your business location, ensuring you earn commissions from their subscriptions. Each QR code is unique to each location.
3. Deals Section
PassPass offers four types of deals to attract and retain customers:
A. Instaperk
One-time redemption for non-PassPass users.
Incentivizes app sign-ups at your location.
Only one Instaperk can be active at a time (but you can list multiple perks in the description).
B. Daily Deal
Visible to all PassPass users, even if they didn’t sign up at your location.
Unlimited active deals allowed.
Sends automatic notifications to followers when activated.
C. Bounce Back Deal
Sent 24 hours after a customer redeems an Instaperk or signs up.
Encourages repeat visits.
D. Cart Abandonment Deal
Targets users who started but didn’t complete sign-up.
Offers extra value to convert them into subscribers.

4. Customers Tab
Here, you can:
View all customers who signed up at your location.
Invite new customers via the invite link on the top right.

Promo Code section was a temporary fix for an early system bug and is rarely needed now.
5. Payments & Tax Forms
To receive earnings from PassPass, you must:
Submit a W9 tax form.
Connect your bank account via Stripe (secure payment processing).
Payments are typically issued monthly on the same day.
6. Premier Partner (Optional)
This offers additional marketing services. If interested:
Click the Premier Partner button.
A PassPass team member will contact you.
7. Users Tab
Invite team members or managers to access your PassPass account:
Enter their email to send an invitation.
Ideal for businesses with multiple locations or owners.
8. Profile Settings bottom left corner
Edit your personal details, including:
Profile picture
Name, email, and phone number
